DELIVERIES/ COLLECTIONS
Deliveries/Collections
All Deliveries and collections as per the booking page are scheduled for AM ( between the hours of 9am & 12noon) or PM (between the hours of 12noon & 5 pm) on the date specified. Once we have received your order a Buska representative will contact the customer and confirm the delivery/collection arrangements.
The Customer acknowledges that s/he or an appropriate representative should be present at the time of delivery and collection. All deliverables will be signed into the care & custody in good condition. Customer is advised to count & verify the number of boxes delivered as lost/stolen boxes will incur an additional charge of €30 ex vat if not returned on the specified collection date.
Timed deliveries and deliveries outside of these hours can be arranged and will be classed as “by special arrangement” or “urgent” and subject to an additional delivery/collection charge.
For collections the customer will receive a telephone call in advance of the scheduled collection date to confirm the details of the collection. Customer shall return all boxes and associated rental equipment on the agreed collection date.
CARE & CUSTODY DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD.
The Customer accepts responsibility for all lost, damaged or stolen BUSKA Boxes and associated rental equipment during the rental period. In the event where BUSKA Boxes or associated equipment are damaged, lost or stolen while in the Customer’s custody, the customer will be obligated to pay the full, current retail value of the damaged or missing equipment. The current retail price per Buska Box is €36.90, IT CRATES €100 & Dollies @ €100 Incl vat.
On collection, the BUSKA boxes will be counted and signed back into the custody of BUSKA Ltd. At this point the customer will be charged for any lost or damaged BUSKA Boxes.
STORAGE:
LIABILITY FOR LOSS & DAMAGE
Customer accepts that the Property stored at the Secure Storage Facility is stored at your sole risk and expense. You will be solely responsible for taking out appropriate insurance at the full replacement value of the Property against all normal perils (i.e. loss of or damage to Property caused by fire, lightning, explosion, earthquake, aircraft, storm, flood, bursting and/or leaking pipes, theft accompanied by forcible and/or violent entry or exit, riot, strike, civil commotion, malicious damage and impact by vehicles).
THE RENTAL PERIOD
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all rental equipment is scheduled for collection on or before the end of the agreed rental period. For each additional day outside of the agreed rental the following rental structure applies.
€0.25 per day per BUSKA Box.
€1.50 per day per dolly
€1.50 per wardrobe rail.
PAYMENT DETAILS
All payments are due in full prior to deliver of the items.
The customer authorises any and all amounts associated with the above terms and conditions. The Customer authorises BUSKA to store payment details for the duration of the rental agreement so that additional charges can be applied in the event that the customer extends the rental period or changes are made to the original order. Customer acknowledges and authorizes to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions.
